This is the ultimate. There is almost nothing wrong with this laptop. I only wish they could create a battery that last for 8-12 hours. That would be impressive. Except for that this is met all my expectations and exceeded. At first it seemed quite large and I almost felt I should downsize to the FW. But after a week it's grown on me. I won't rate the reliabilty of the machine because I believe after having it for at least a year you can't comment. I have many sony electronics and I've never had a problem with any. The fingerprint and bluetooth stopped workinng after having it in hybernation for a while but there's a downloand provided from sony to correct the problem. Hasn't done it since. I do recommend getting the backpack as an accessory. Very hard to locate one so I went ahead and purchased. For the price of the backpack it's well worth it and still has a bunch of room. I'm in love........"
